guy at work just bought one of these. Like 2.1 hp,49cc and 13+ lbs. I’m not buying but maybe some people like them

I bought one of these, just out of curiosity. Don’t mind the doodles on the pics. I did that to describe it to some friends.
It starts fairly easily. Sounds like a 4 stroke trimmer or generator. Low rpms, for sure.
I figured this was the only 4 stroke saw I’d ever be able to own, as a Dolmar PS-500V is like finding a unicorn in a haystack.

This is right as I got it in the mail. Haven’t cut anything with it yet, but I have a feeling she’s not gonna be a speed racer. Lol

Oh yeah, and the primer bulb is in the way of holding the handle properly and pulling the trigger, so you know they did some real high end engineering here.

We’ll see how it is, the guy at work made a cut with it already said it seemed about like his ms170. I just can’t personally see buying one for the price of the 170 to cut like a 170 but weigh like 3 lbs more. Stihl needs to try a 4-mix in a saw now I guess.

It’s 100% garbage. I still wanted one, just for the curiosity factor. Fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. Came with an”Oregon” chain. Not sure of it’s legit or not. im happy to send you some more pics, if you want some.

Thats exactly why i want one as well. The seanix brand was on the shelves at lowes up here for a while, they never moved and just last year or so they pulled them.
As soon as it was gone i wanted one
If i find one for cheap here in canukistan ill pick one up.

I’ll see if I can’t get a video of it cutting. Shouldn’t be too difficult.
