Got to be sneaky around here,the wood is afraid.

Any of the saws you build will make the trees piss their roots.

Been feelin left out on the vids. Havent messed with saws to much lately. This was some .325 square I was playing with.

That's the top of the tree you dropped Mike. Except for the straight trunk, there really wasn't too much wood there.

I saved the first 30' for milling. Those two massive 15' pieces. The 3rd 15' piece of the trunk and the rest of it only yielded about 4-5 cords of wood I'd say.

FWIW, I only had an 8pin sprocket in 3/8. My @Mastermind 066 pulled a 36" non skip RS chain through that oak trunk with authority.

Thanks Al, that saw is a solid little firewood saw. Its 105 on ex. It will stroke up to 16k.

Does yours have a triple port muffler? Mine does and I really like the way it crackles...

Mine only has two muffler ports, I'll probly leave it that way. Most of my other saws are loud and this o e isn't to bad. It does have a different sound to it for sure

Your 038 need a sharp chain and the H screw opened quite a bit.
