Log seemed to get a bit bigger, so idk how comparable these times are to before honestly... 7910/046
8 pin. Averaged 9.69 seconds.
Tried a 7 pin on the mastermind 441, not much different. Averaged 12.22 seconds.
572 w/ just a mm and 8 pin (same chain swapped over from the others). Averaged 13.49 seconds.

Good stuff, thanks for running the 7910 and the 572 in there.
Since the wood got bigger we'll need you to run all the stihls again.
I'm sure Jeff wants to see them ported ones beat up on the 572 again:risas3:.
Everyone laughed at me when I said how I felt about the 572 after running Coles lol.
Seems that big ole turd is a runner, hanging that close to a ported saw of the same cc rating is alright in my book, and I bet it handles better and is smoother too.

Idk..they both feel pretty smooth to me. The early 441s seemed like they had AV that was too sloppy. The R models I had were nice. More positive feel and super smooth.

I'd have to agree that the 441 is a smooth saw, had a few and that was one thing that impressed me about them.
Even said that on youtube when Mason first loaded that video.
I never had an R version, but I had a couple of the MT's and I didn't notice them being any different than the earlier standard carb versions, but only some of them overlapped so I may not have noticed.
Out of stihls 70cc saws its my favorite, but I haven't ran a 462 yet, lots of guys seem to like them.
