Hey @Wood Chopper

You know this is a different Matt.....

Right?

I wrote TOM on his tag....

The Other Matt. LOL

Didn’t even notice the tag. Lol.

Edited...

I just figured you assumed this was a video of your saw.

I did 4 together.

Oh. Haha. No. Figured it was one from the batch. I smile just watching it on YouTube. Sounds and looks like it hates wood. Nice job.

Saw looks great, but I thought you did not do 5 series any more???

I'll do any saw for a regular customer.

I'd rather avoid the 5 series if possible though.

It's not because it's a terrible saw. It's more because I can't update the firmware without getting someone else involved.

Nothing earth shattering.....3120XP

42" .404 first cuts. Tuned to 12,800 and holding 10,500 - 11,000 in the cut.

Shakedown runs really at this point. Wanted to get it good and warm to see if it held the tune.

You taking videographer lessons from FABZ? Maybe a different camera placement next time??? That stream of chips would have looked even longer with a side view...

The weather broke enough that I got to test a new chain Dallas sent me, it has modified rakers and a clipped tail as well as square filing, it throws all the chips the right direction :)
I tested with 7 8 and 9 pin rims on my @Redfin MS661 and I modified a Cannon 20" belly bar to run the 9 pin rim

Is it really fair when your bar is as wide as the cant?
