Seriously if I'm not on the other side of the planet I would be happy to help w/ preparations for a GTG ahead of time if you pull the trigger for one sometime in November like last year. Hopefully the snow doesn't fly early.

I have a 365 special sitting in my garage that was straight gassed I'd like to take a shot at turning into a runner. Could use some clinic help from you guys if I bring it.

I am very well aware what a wedge is for, evidently you didn't watch the video

I think the idea with the wedge is you can watch the wedge move to know the top of the tree is starting to go without having to look up.

But generally speaking, you usually put a little bite on it.
That guy did an awesome job falling that tree!

This was my first saw.
It needs a duckbill valve for the oiler,
but other than that it's not bad for something that mostly sat since I bought my first Stihl back in 1995.
