Is that thing bouncing off a limiter or just advanced to hell?

Don’t know the answer.Al, what one do you prefer between the two saws, 036 or 361 once ported? The 036 sounds stronger in the cut. Both look good. I have both with base gasket deletes and prefer the 361 but I like the way that 036 sounds! In small wood it may be a different story too
Gillardoni decomp 036What jug is on that one Doc?
Sounds like its just not being loaded hard enough to me. In the vid, when its loaded, theres no popping. 5xx saws sound funny lol.Is that thing bouncing off a limiter or just advanced to hell?
No popping at all under a moderate load. Ignition isn't advanced nearly far enough for that. I never felt it kick while starting itIs that thing bouncing off a limiter or just advanced to hell?
It looked like the 036 has more grunt. My 361 has a noticeable advantage over the 036 but I run a 20” bars on them. I would like to see a video of the new recipe 361..Don’t know the answer.
I do have a new 361 recipe that would punish the one above.
The 036 still has more low end grunt though.

I will be so screwed if my wife reads this...!@Armbru84
The other 361 advantage is that it will accept a 460/460HO oiler as a bolt on. So you could theoretically get by with one saw for nearly all of your cutting.
