Lmao I know. I seen a pic of it.I do own a Stihl btw... honest.
Can i exspect some gains with 036 intake Boot and 460 carb on a muff modded 361?use the choke shaft from the 361 carb with the 460 carb choke butterfly. The shaft needs its flat part widened slightly but then the choke works perfect.
Then you just need to get the impulse sorted
No, the incorrect match up will cause tuning problems. Can i exspect some gains with 036 intake Boot and 460 carb on a muff modded 361?
Looks good! I like me some crotch n stuffI just got done squaring up a round file conversion chain. Not the best, as I need to go a little more to true it up. But not bad for a rookie. Lol
It's my personal experience with that sort of thing, with multiple applications. Behavioral problems will show up when you start adding a larger venturi than the intake passage.I don’t entirely agree.

Thanks Mike. This was a chain that I got with my 036 when I bought it. It was rocked so I had to take quite a bit off to try and get the peak corner angle point back.Jeff, looks nice, but when converting to square, you don't have to do the whole tooth all at once. I know you have run my saws when I have just hit the corner, and your (and others) were impressed by how it cut. I keep doing it and it eventually converts.
Also, you sure choose a tough piece of wood, but the saw looks good!
