Great saw for firewood, I need a little more zing for the cant. Gunna start with more muffler.

I coulda used that earlier.
I took the 325 8 off and put a 3/8 7 on. Saw pulled 3/8 full comp square really good. 18" bar buried

was ported for a work saw, will need some changes for a cant saw. if you put the chain on backwards, it then cant saw

Probly won't mess with the porting at all, more carb maybe, more muffler definitely. Should be all it needs.

Feels like it has plenty of comp.

Had to cut up a socket

The words “off” and the little depression are for putting a screwdriver in and knocking the clutch off with a piston stop/rope in the sparkplug hole. The socket method is faster though.

I got that. She wasn't coming though, had muh screwdriver mangled up on the tip to where it wouldn't catch the lip anymore
