It wasn't the same bar and chain as the 346 so it doesn't count. A slow saw with a good chain will beat a faster one with a slightly dulled or worse chain

Stihl, of course.

A good 346 is nearly impossible to beat with a similar size Stihl. The cylinder design is simply superior, just how it goes.

Square File seems to really know his stuff. Kudos to him, in a big way.

That little 346 OE certainly rips.
