Thanks. Needed a lot of work. It's my dad's old saw

It's pretty well even with your 660 with the same chain. Not bad to give up 7cc

Plus better anti vibe and lighter. I have one of Mike's 385's and my 066 went down the road before I even got the 385 ported. They become a real bad ass once Mike gets his hands on them.

I think that's pretty much the same coil as used from the 021 on up to the 460 or 660. Most of the difference between them is plug wire length. I think it was @Definitive Dave who posted a sweet thread on coils and their corresponding part numbers to flywheels, or something like that. I can't find it or I'd post a link for you.

You are correct. I just did a 029 super cool swap. I would go with a bigger saw with the longer coil lead because the wire can get expensive.

First run after porting on the fat boy. I need a 404 8 or 9 pin for that length bar.
I've used 3/8 and 404 on a 880 and I'd think youl be better off with a 3/8 full chiz. a 404 is so much bigger but can bite harder kick back more. Plus ur making more of a mess and ending up with less firewood

That's true. It's the only bars I have right now that work with the way the studs are in it. That's a 880 mount bar. I have a nose to swap to but I want a longer bar anyway.
