Square filed Oregon 3/8 8pinNice Jason. What chain and pin are you running?
How does the mtronic respond to the different rim pins?
064 I ported today and the 661 with a little different transfers.
The husky's looked lonely in the corner so I had a 395 394 piss rev battle.
Here you go husky lovers,Shaun's 395 and trooney's 394 I ported.
Definitely not less work,I have 8 to 10 hours in the cylinder on the 394.only the piss revs? I have one of your mean stihls and it is great. You build a great saw Jason. Why are you singling these out? Do they preform better with less work?
There's videos of both these saws in this thread.only the piss revs? I have one of your mean stihls and it is great. You build a great saw Jason. Why are you singling these out? Do they preform better with less work?
I'm listening for lean or fat,yes I know it's mtronic but old habits die hard.Whatcha think about between cuts? Is it, Damn she's badass!
Does the M-Tronic seem to have plenty of fuel flow for all the added fuel need?
Also have you hooked it up to the STIHL MDG to see how far up the fuel table it's at. Air should it be where a stock saw sits? Timing is also changing depending on rpm.
I didn't take it that way, never even thought it.I'm sorry Jason I didn't mean it the way it sounded. I have watched all the videos before you have even posted them and you are making great gains of all of them. I didn't mean it to sound like that at all. I'm going to shut up now and reread everything in the morning before I post again.

In 2 weeks I've changed the cylinder 5 or 6 times, changed the muffler at least that many and have had bars from 16" to 50"
On it and not once has it acted up,runs great and is tuned good enough all the time.
I've had a standard carb on it 3 times and the mtronic is stronger by a good bit.
I really enjoy not having to chase a tune all over.
No.Do you do a reset on the
M tronic after you do a change?

What's the difference?
