No, I just widened it.
Good. I got one I’m machining here that came on a saw I bought I had to take .050” out of the squish band just to get the exhaust to 105 which ain’t that great. I’ll have to put it on a 350 riser and take total of .047” off the riser since you can’t take that much from the base. Good move not raising it. Good strong 346 should be lower on the exhaust

Down where? Unless you are in Alaska I'm north of ya...
Not sure what you mean by once every thousand years snow? If anything this is a low snow year.
Not looking for sympathy, 40 below has been a normal winter thing for the last 19 years. I've had that hat for 18 of them... Lol
See I think he thought you were me because I just built a saw like yours and ported it lol I’m in the coastal region of LA.

Now that we’re all caught up. Lol I’m about to burn some wood I’ve already cut because we have no power or running water from the once every 1000 year freeze we have going on lol

No thread on this one. Grabbed a bunch of parts off the shelf on a Sunday night before night shift and fired it together. Might have to put one together. Hyway Nikasil popup kit, ported, late 266 carb, top cover is some aftermarket junk that didn't fit the 272 I bought it for...
The 266/272 I just built I machined and ported all OEM except the meteor piston.

This one was 106, measured with a ring and without the gasket.

Good old dry hard Euc. I have since put it in green tamarix and it's quick. Ordering a rim to go 3/8".

Gonna go back out and make a cut with the ole 2050
