Definitely photoshopped both saw's appear to be running hardnose bar's and cutting timber? We all know that's impossible! lol
Speaking of which I found my old stihl durobar out the back room the other night after we were talking about it on the forum might have to give it a run after I get the angle grinder out .

Try it, the only negative thing for me is the weight compared to a modern light weight bar.
I like my 20“ hardnose bar on the 462 with 404 :)

I’ve run nothing but old saws for the last several months. I thought I’d run my 462 this afternoon and see how much different they could be. I could not believe how this thing just melts wood (by comparison) and how really effortless (again, by comparison) using it is. Lightweight and really just stomps thru hardwood. image.jpg

Yes, factory hot rod. It should run fasta.
357 is a keepa.
There were a few from each manufacturer that were pretty hot to trot out the gate. 357 is definitely one. 034 super, 044, 064/66...stihl made some kick ass saws back in the day and they're making some again for sure.

064 will be my next saw...then a 592 when they come out the gate. Mr Mastermind will get that one to play with.
