O do have an 044 chassis :):)

That jug looks like it'll clean up fine. If any of those wear marks below the exhaust port can catch a fingernail, then just hand sand them real good so
they don't start any "fissuring" in the plating when you put it back into service.

What’s up with the plating under the intake port? Is it chipped? Kinda hard to tell.
Is it a mahle or Stihl branded jug?
If it’s a stihl branded jug it will likely be from a 460
Yeah, it’s a 460. The piston is a little scratched up on the intake. I was just planning on buying a new P&C anyways.

I don't think I would put that one back into service. Like Mike points out - there's a real issue going on under the intake port.
