Well said. The 30th marks 1 month since I split things off with her. I'm much happier than I've been in a long time. Once she's out, mom and dad are going to help me with getting her crap out and back to her and cleaning up the mess from her. I've learned a lot from my relationship with her and once I'm ready to start meeting other women again I'll apply what I've learned.

Wednesday is removal day. Mom is going up to the house and bringing her and her essential stuff to either her dad's, sister's or a friend of hers place. I'm then going to change the deadbolt on the kitchen door which is the primary entry to the house.

Good for you Will. I hope it goes smooth the way you think. Remove any trip hazards as you wouldn't want here to hurt herself on your property. Remember, she might make a desperate move to bind you. Be sceptical of everything until she is actually gone. Trust me, careful is caring!

She's still trying to play the games of "I have 30 days to get out" and the "it's winter" and the "we're in a pandemic" but she has no legal rights as there's no rent contract. My parents and I are holding our ground.

The main thing is get her out asp. Does she ever leave the house if so that's your chance to get her out, change the locks and get all her chit and dump it in her father's or sisters yard and be done with her.

I have personally done this she pulled the same chit needed to find somewhere to live blah blah.
I waited for her to go to work got all her chit dumped it out the gate and changed the lock on the gate problem solved. Next day her chit was gone and I never did hear from her again I guess she did have somewhere to stay lol

Unfortunately she doesn't go out being unemployed and not driving. I'm changing the locks Wednesday. Garage door lock is already changed to one she doesn't have a key for. Have a heavy duty padlock for the shop door and all entries to the garage are secure.

This is going to be an ugly one. She won't leave the house now unless it is on fire. She knows the jig is up. Sorry Will. Might take legal action. Lawyers aren't cheap, but you may want to consult one. You must do something before she plays the "he beat me" card. You have my sympathy.

I've tried to avoid saying too much on this Will. But I'd advise you to get the law involved asap. Get her out before she decides to become vindictive and cause you serious long term problems.

If your own daddy nor your own sister won’t take ya in for a bit…if that ain’t the writing in the wall I don’t know what is, concerning this gal. Get her *s-wordt to the road now! Here in Ga, if a person even so much as gets a piece of mail delivered to a residence they’ve been staying at, rental/contract lease or not, they are a ‘resident’ of said property. And it can take a couple of months possibly to get their sorry ass legally ejected from the property, if they choose to play that card. Again, get her *s-wordt off the property now!

She is likely protected by the state tenant landlord code and may need to be given 30 days written notice to vacate the premises.

Actions like placing her things outside may result in a restraining order against those moving her belongings.

The hearing may begin with 'Did the landlord give the tenant a copy of the tenant landlord code?'.

Not sure it is that easy, should be, but different everywhere. He needs to take legal action at this point. A lawyer will advise him of the best way to proceed. Might actually be better if he doesn't talk about it on this or any other site until it is done. Just in case. Sorry Will!

No you need to take care of it for real you need to for you as a man you yourself can sort this, this problem isn't going away.
History will just repeat itself unless you sort this yourself you will attract a better kind of women in the future for it trust me.
Get the ball rolling call the cops call a lawyer find out the law and your rights, if you have the right to have her removed do it immediately don't rest until you have her out of your house.
I'm being genuine here trying to help you out don't take it the wrong way.
