I’m a lurker here and don’t post.
But I’ve been down this road.

But i gotta say. Pack her *s-word, take it to a locker, and rent her a week’s worth of motel 6. If you have decided to quit putting up with it, then quit being nice. Rip the bandaid off. Man up and get done what needs to be done.
You’re being used. You’re exposing yourself, your tools, and your mom and dad. That lock doesn’t mean *s-word because she is a co tenant.

But then I’m an old grouch.

Just finished reading this thread. Damn sorry to hear about the BS. Great advice has been given. WillG, you need to stop letting her string this thing out. Going to go look at a place is a delay tactic. Drop her and her s-word off at her sister's or father's house and be done with it. The longer she is there, the better her opportunity to screw you over in some way.

To the guy that started this thread, glad it is working out for you. The hardest thing to do is take the high road, but it is the "best" thing to do. Those kids are learning from you by what you say and do. Be the good example. You will find that this bump in the road is actually good for you. Hang tough.

Seems most of us have been down this road too. It's a big club, and now you're in it.

My son's hopefully soon to be ex is now looking for her 4th attorney, if she can find one. Judge thankfully said court date will no longer be changed.
