Changing the intake timing is not a reflection on Jason's port work. The port work was pretty good.

If I'm sending this saw out of my shop though..........it's gonna have timing numbers in it that I prefer. I shortened the intake duration......and I leveled up the transfers. After taking .030 off the base I got the exhaust down to a better number too. It still has more bevel on the roof than I like.........but it should live a long and happy life.
Wasn't insinuating anything. I was reflecting the "wows" from 12 hrs earlier.

Doing a good job, carry on. B-Rad will be happy

Excellent thread!! I'd go back and 'like' all the posts up to now if I had time...maybe WV Slacker can do that for me...'cause he's got "too much time on his hands...and it's ticking away, ticking away"...!! Lol

Hoping for a video of the test cuts. 064 is on my bucket list of saws... along w/ mostly preserved original 10mm 044 and then an 044/046 hybrid from that canadian guy...
I thought you run those "OTHER" saws. The one's you guys are always fixin. Lol
