@Mastermind, for the raffle you're putting together, I'd suggest having people include phone numbers with their contact info. Seems like it'd possibly make it easier to track people down when the time comes.

Ryan that is a good idea, we will need to look at what info GFM makes public. I would hate to leave my phone number in the comments and then have it available to anyone viewing the campaign.

I'm just a co-conspirator.

But, that is a fine idea.

Could always do it through a PM to the organizer.
A contact person running the drawing.
Yep...good idea, beat me to it! Just put in big, bold capital letters at or near the top of the raffle/ fundraiser when it's created here...PLEASE PM ME YOUR INFO TO INCLUDE PHONE NUMBER/E-MAIL/etc/etc. Possibly even ask to include donation amount so as to make sure that individual is given his correct amount of $10 each drawing chances, etc. Little food for thought to help speed up the final drawing of names/item picked process and keep it moving along.

That would be overwhelming. Can you imagine how many pm’s he’d have to sort through...
And what about those not on this forum...

Maybe one of the admins could keep a master spreadsheet of our phone numbers?
Might be a lot of work, but it would save lots of time and headaches on things like drawings and stuff.

Actually, yesterday I was looking at my profile to see if there was an area to store my cell #.
Did not find a space for it.
Now if there was space for it and any drawings required it to be filled out would resolve this.
It would also need to an opt-in for if the user wanted it to be public but at least the Admins would have access to it
