nice 254This 254 was a orange label XP with a KS jugView attachment 10176 View attachment 10177 that i went through . Caber ring (piston was good),full carb overhaul ,Fuel lines, top AV mounts , needle roller clutch race, other bits and pieces. It ran real fine after i bedded in the new ring…very strong for a totally standard one.

Thats Tygon fuel line Tor. I like it as it will hold a tight bend and not collapse ,malleable but very strong. I keep lots of sizes so i can make up new lines if original ones are a pain or monster money to get.nice 254
Is that Oregon fuel line you use?

Toad and Rattler..Some of the 200's have the XP letters on the pull start in orange and the rest of the sticker as usual.Just out of curiosity,but what do you mean by orange label?

After a pull apart and doing my best to take some pics without fully pulling ALL! the top end apart ..I have the KS jug and HDA 87 combo !me think you have KS jug and HdA 87 carb.......
Flywheel side, cylinder base, you should see something like this, example:
01 91.
If so, it's one KS cylinder.
