Would some of you guys mind sharing a pic of what you use to bevel the port edge. I have a cheap diamond bit set and I use a reverse cone shape.

Nice. Any reason you milled it instead of putting it on the lathe?

Easier for me to do it on mill....but that's just me. Gold standard I think is still lathe.

And no...never milled one of those. I try to stick to certain models of saw because of ease of rebuild and parts availability. I try to avoid funky bearings....funky carbs...and funky shaped cylinder heads lol

That’s a 201t jug. Parts abound, but they are funky.

I hear you on keeping to a limited number of saw models. Being a tree guy, I’m neck deep in top handles so 201t is in the list. Working around that transfer nipple is a unique challenge.
