Couple pics from splitting a partial trailer load of elm yesterday. This is the one I dropped last Saturday iirc I posted pictures in here. There's still more of the tree left after the neighbors son took the stuff up to the main stem, I might grab that up if they don't finish it. They also asked me to drop a couple ash Ash and two 12-14 black locust, I'll be keeping the locust if I drop them, I like locust.
Between the trailer load(6.5'x20'x about a ft) and what I cleaned up off the ground to get the trailer jockeyed in there I added a good but over a cord, from the front of the pile it's hard to see I did anything lol.

Wrong thread lol.
Well you already saw the dirty saws from it, now the dirty trailer, splitter, splitting area :eek:.
The trailer, splitter and splitting area where cleaned up when I was done so I feel good about that part, now just to get the saws cleaned up.

Yup. The faster the tractor revs, the faster it splits. It is a Case IH 90 or sumfin. 280ft lbs.
A neighboring estate I occasionally work uses this guy:

@00wyk

That is a beautiful view.

Those old stone building are great, what amazing craftsmanship.

It's all stone here. Wood is for interiors. There's more stone than wood here, anyways.

This is the castle our estate surrounds:

Our estate houses to the left, castle to the right.

Its nearly lost on the locals. Sometimes I can't help but stop and reflect on all the glory. These are some photos I have taken over the years:
