Every saw is different Jason, but my 77 cc saws like a lot more exhaust outlet than my 71 cc saws.

There not ported like these are
The old way I did them liked a big opening but it will hurt these.

This 460 is stronger than any I've done and is quiet to boot

This saw adds to my belief that you don't need a high exhaust for rpm,I had it to 15.5 and still 4 stroking good, and it's got numbers I've never used or seen anybody use and has a tiny single outlet with a oem screen.
It's 104.5 125 75

Hmmm 60cc number lol.

Any other pics of the jug by chance???

Looks to be running very well. Good job sir.

Anybody ever seen a oem cylinder like this? Enormous bevel and most of the port is plated.
Nightmare to port

Not on many saws.

Hopefully ya got a lot to take out.. Once ya finally break through, she starts digging..

Echo likes to do that. First one I ran into, just thought it was the cheap China burrs I was using..

Ouch. I use a double cut dremel burr for that stuff. It's got about 50 saws on it and still cuts ok

Yes. Mustang Mike has one.

The intake didn't need a drop of work. Was huge, square, and beveled.

The tunnel and casting finish was not as nice as the D jug though.

I prefer the less Desirable Non-D chamber. Lower compression gives me more room to play. Plus I like a big central combustion chamber that's symmetrical.

Is it a Mahle or a Stihl? Or one in the same?
