Rechargeable drill with a hand drill vise chucked up in it. The brass balled up on the tip and made the hole too big.

To drill holes in aluminum, that setup works well though.
your dentist will give you manual drils 60, to 70, to 80
that can be of use for free

My MS260 with the larger carb definitely outperforms my two 026’s that are still stock.

Also I’ve raced against a buddy of mine with a modded 026 with a drilled factory carb.

With 18 inch bars and 325 chains, he wins over and over.

When we both use 24 inch bars with 3/8 chains, mine wins over and over.

Sometimes a larger carb for certain application does make better sense.

Well. OK. We'll agree to disagre. I have a few. I personally do not go bigger than a 20" bar. The older fixed oilers work just as good if not better than the 260 adjustable oilers.
