I like the old plastic small stihl handle,I've got a box of elastic ones that couldn't "handle" it. Get it? Lol
ROFL !!
Once I put the rescue handle on mine, I havent broken another cord since.
I broke several trying just about everything else though

Never expected a piss revving video from you. lol

As this discussion roles on I'd like to know about moving the ring end locations. Who's tried it? What to expect? I've thought about it but been to much of a chicken to try it!

I've done it a few times.

The Junkman has a hybrid I did from him with a single ring and a relocated pin.

I worry about the pin coming out in a real worksaw though.

I could see where it would be handy on several saws, the saws I build its not a deal breaker, I'm very interested in that discussion,I've messed with some junk pistons but never ran one yet. I'm chicken also.

You gotta drill a hole that is a few thousandth smaller than the pin you are gonna use. I make the pins from a old drill bit........taper the end just a little, and drive it home.
I use a drill bit for pins also.

My 066 starts way easier than that and it's 215 psi. But my hybrid is bad like your 066. And my hybrid is 205 psi.
It must be the timing
That saw in warmer weather is 230lb,was 240 but I raised the exhaust. Has 030 off the key. It won't kick ya but it loves pull rope.

I'm about 7 hours from home...won't have a chance to start that saw for a couple months.

I'd like to see ol Frankie try to start the Christmas saw in 10 degree weather.

Where ya at @Frank bierce
I got a ugly old husky that would need billet starter pars to be fired today. It is one feisty *b-word if you can pop it.

My 36" is dull and won't load a saw, gonna try to get them hot with a 24" but it's very cold.

Running vp 93 with klotz super at 40:1
We'll see
