well, I have a china 440 crank... it works perfectly. its within spec for m12x1.0LH

I guess at least one 660 crank isn't within spec. seems to work with a clutch. but the rods don't have full height threads, so if the thread spec is off on the crank, it'll pull out. :(

housekeeping!

I just sold the last of this batch of kits to a guy in FINLAND! VERY COOL!

Last kit is gone, waiting on the new batch from @twinstaged

Very excited to get the new batch and to be working with twin.

At this point if anyone wants a tool they'll go back on the list but in order to secure a toolset I'll need $$ down. pm me for more details.

ALSO... custom pieces. I'm have twin make some threaded rods that are SPECIFIC to the 660's. This will mean a significant cost savings, but the tool will only do the 660's .... m10x1.0 and m12x1.0LH with a large sleeve.

ALSO... I'm working on figuring what to do about the older huskys, namely the 242 and old 266. ... I'll come up with something!

About 2-3 months ago I bought every Husky crank install tool still available. Then bought Matts crank tool a week or so ago mainly to do Chicom MS660. All I can say is get you one, works effortlessly. At this point I doubt I'll even use the Husky tools (over $200.00).
Great job Mattyo!
Thanks,
Shep

I have no idea about the eta on the next batch. Based on the sample I recently got....the turnaround here is gonna be pretty quick. But I'm gonna let twin do his thing and keep everyone posted best I can.

Haven't heard from @twinstaged in a while...hope everything is ok.

He's machining the new parts for me... the sample he sent was spot on. So I ordered 10 sets from him, but I haven't heard anything in weeks ...and he hasn't checked into ope in a week. So ... I dunno whats up.
