Nice Dan. I picked up one of those at the local TSC store off the clearance rack. I think it would be a better runner with a 3/8lp chain than the .325 it came with.

Trouble with that owner's manual is my saw is 2166. Lol. Great saw. It appears only to have some minor scuffs on the front handle.

I bought two of these with 24" bar to sell locally.

Mornin' Saturday Sawyers! Headed to 71f for the high and raining today. Supposed to have thunderstorms tomorrow.

Getting some work done today. Sold an MS260 I built to a local fella last night. The guy seemed pleased with it.

Y'all have a good Saturday.

Dealing with a very sick cat. The wife is absolutely beside herself; we don’t have kids so the pets are her “children” (and they get treated better than human children, believe me). 4th time to the get in 2 weeks, has lost 2.5lbs in 2 weeks, rear legs have gone ‘rigid’ when he tries to walk and now he can’t even get up. Still eats, sleeps a lot, still purrs and loves, still bathing, still bright eyed. Stayed over at the get office last night, the wife can’t sleep.

Kind of an extravagant history with this guy; he was a feral kitten brought to a kill shelter to be euthanized, wife rescued him from immediate death while I was at work. Get home to a feral kitten with worms that was covered in fleas, piss and poop in a temp kennel. Wife says “he needs a quick bath”, she opens the door and he becomes fur missile out of the carrier. Now we spend over an hour chasing this stank bomb all over the house. Finally get it cornered behind an open door, so i reach down to grab him; he hisses and then literally runs up my arm (claws FULLY extended) bites my shoulder and down my back. I lose my temper and go straight Marine flipping couches and throwing chairs. Snatch the little flukker and prepare for maximum cat assault as I get near the bathtub. He is spitting and squalling, 1.5 lbs of fangs and claws, i’m freely bleeding and pissed off, arms outstretched I go to dunk him in the warm bath water: he goes completely limp. No fight at all. Let me put him in the water, scrub him clean, rinse, not a peep or a struggle.

Fast forward about 2 months; we have a buddy stay at the house and watch the cats so we can make a quick run home and back before I deploy. Cat SUPPOSEDLY breaks out of the house and disappears. My last week in the states is spent trying to track down/find/trap ferrel kitty. We move out of the house, she goes to stay with my brother while I am deployed. 6 months later she gets a random phone call; someone had dumped the cat in an overnight drop box at the same kill shelter. The shelter recognized the cat and kept him set aside. By some miracle a random lady who transports rescue animals volunteered to drive him from SC to CT with the rest of her load that was heading to Boston. Wife was reunited with crazy feral cat.

Cat has been a relaxing joy ever since. Only time he has ever been to the vet was routine visits for inoculations. Straight up snuggle bug, still loves water and almost daily joins us voluntarily in the shower. Gets along with the German Shepard.

Hate to see the little bugger suffer at all. He is 11 years old and has been the least PITA out of all the animals.
