I’m doing good... I’m driving the wife around as she yard sales.
Did she buy you any saws?

Afternoon All, major slacker here today. Headache that won’t go away, just half crashed on the couch.
Taking MIL out for her 70th Bday later...
why would you give a spot for oil and dust to get to the clutchSo what’s your thoughts on someone doing this to their clutch drum of a 661?
This isn’t my chainsaw by the way.

I asked the same question and those are big holes. This is a saw done by a “local” porter.

Need to concentrate on the cylinder, not the drum. Lol

Yes that’s the guy, his prices are crazy. I got him to quote me a price to do my stock 461 probably 6 months ago and the total to do a used saw was $1100. All I could do was laugh and say no thanks. A lot of “gimmick” involved with him I’m thinking to jack the prices up.
I think the real problem is saw dust go directly behind the clutch and to the oil pump and pump shaft that kind of stuff. That would go south real quick.I have not clue what positive effect that could have. Looks cool on an unused saw, probably be clogged with chips/dust withint a tank or two.
