Morning Friday Freaks! Warm one today and I've been running my ass off. Cooling down for the weekend. High of 78f today.

Almost had an electrical fire last night ...the wiring for the water heater started sizzling in the junction box. Some sparks and smoke followed.

Thanks buddy! I'm thinking the element is going bad and overloaded the circuit...the water heater works directly by a switch from the fuse panel in the kitchen.

Unless the switch is on, no power is going to the water heater. We have solar and this one works to supplement on overcast or cold days.

The breaker never tripped on it's own though...not cool! The show was over when I closed the breaker. Very lucky we caught it.

Put a little more time on the 272 tonight. I really like that old saw! Not sure I'll ever modify it, she runs great as is.
