Still here...... Went up to the club last Thursday and dropped 10 or so tree's all Rock/Chestnut Oak there's 7 more marked to be dropped but they are gonna be a little tricky to get down because of the lean that will definitely be a 2 man project.
Went up Tuesday and dragged out 6 logs.

It's in the works to possibly get a log truck load of logs, fingers crossed that it will work out.

Frist log being dragged out. We made it back to the clubhouse before the big storm hit, that was a blessing!

Here's a picture of what's left from last year.

Here's what I have staged so far up on the mountain. The picture is deceiving the logs are bigger than they look and are about 30 ft long.

The log truck has been secured but the delivery is up in the air right now. The guy said that it's way to wet right now for him to get to them so he can load them up.

If i can make it will bring one of my splitters.
And if it works out maybe i can bring a log for 42" bars, definately for 36"
Hardwood.
I can even stop by the carwash and pressure wash the tops and sides lmao.

Sounds great Dan! I should have my freshly ported 661R there to try in that log!

I didn't have time to take a picture but I have all the wood out to a small food plot up on the mountain where I was gathering wood for the club.
I think it will take to much time (about 1/2 mile away) and could risk tearing up the decking on the bridge getting the logs to the trap range.

So is no one minds maybe friday take a crew up on the mountain and get that all cut and split.

We can haul men and equipment up in the Mule.
