Well, i thought i had a house. 4 bed/3 bath, Foreclosure, previous owners put $18k into the kitchen with oversized granite counters and new appliances. Oversized garage, shed, House looked perfect. Paid out of pocket for an inspection; found mold and termites. Terminated the purchase last night.

Damn, that sucks. Sorry to hear that.

it is what it is. I’m out a couple hundred bucks but that is far better than a house i would have had to sink a TON of $$$ into and never recoup.

Yes, I could if it was in my budget. I assumed you wanted to try a kit. I have plenty of Helicoils in SAE but not metric. They were stolen
The threads are the best in Helicoil brand. These tools work about the same but are different. All seem to be better than expected.

No saws yet, but what I've gotten so far. 25 cent tool crate is my best friend. $3.50 got all. Most are Made in USA like the Craftsmans, Channellock 440's, Cornwell flat head screwdriver, Miller welding snips ect.
