Good evening smellers, boiler got a leak where a weld missed the corner just a tad. Put some epoxy on it to get through the winter and I can weld it next summer when it's not such a bad time to do it.
Finally got a grinder up and running from the Temco people. All afternoon on email and a tech on the phone, finally figured out it was just the cover rubbing on the wheel, not allowing it to start.

Got a pretty nice 5th wheel that needed some work in a nice little RV resort. $400/mo for rent with electric, water and propane included which is perfect for cheap me. Corner lot, no neighbors, it is suhweet. Call me Ricky cause I'm with the boys. [emoji41]

Well, i thought i had a house. 4 bed/3 bath, Foreclosure, previous owners put $18k into the kitchen with oversized granite counters and new appliances. Oversized garage, shed, House looked perfect. Paid out of pocket for an inspection; found mold and termites. Terminated the purchase last night.
