im done with spouts all together...anything coming out of a 5 gallon can i just use a funnel.
small cans for saws etc, i just pour right out of the can into the tank...would rather spill a couple drops than deal with POS spouts!

Speaking of funnels, I used a cut off bleach bottle to use as a funnel years ago to fill my snowmobiles. The handle would act as a vent and it would take fuel as fast as you could pour.

I've been lucky and haven't had any leaky safely cans except when a cap has cracked. I also started loosening the caps just so they can vent when they are stored. I hate the way they bulge and crinkle up so bad with the temperature changes.

Just checked, it’s out of stock... bummer.
I checked again this morning before work and it said in stock. I checked again when I got home from work and it said currently unavailable. Did they sell out that quick or is something wrong with their website?

Pretty sure it's Amazon

I have looked at that before and NEVER seen it available

Hell, maybe they just get a couple at a time and you gotta hit it lucky

It's the same with the Scepter and Briggs & Stratton double cans

See them on line but never see them actually in stock

Blanking c#$% teasers...

I absolutely hate the EPA "no spill" cans , that seem to do nothing but splash gas all over your equipment when trying to fill them up. So I've started hoarding the old style Chilton yellow spout cans, I pick them up for $2 or $3 at flea markets and yard sales. I think I'm stocked up for the rest of my lifetime.

These are my backups to the three or four that I am currently using at the moment.

Found this can in my aunt's old pump house while tearing it down. Had a look inside of it , and clean as whistle. Been using it for saw fuel for about a year now. Thought it was a fun old can. Not sure of how old it is. Anyone have any idea?

I like these no spill cans. I have their 5 gal gas and diesel cans as well as the 2.5 gal for the saws. Flows very well, no 10 minutes to drain 5 gallons of fuel. No leaking fuel either. Definitely worth the dough for them think

Hmmmm at work we have about 8 gas cans and all but one have a leaky hose. I end up taking the good hose and just unscrewing it, putting it on a different can and screwing it back on. Talk about a pain in the a$$. It’s been hard to find just the hose and screw cap without buying a whole new gas co trainer....

Wow I didn't know you had to pay extra shipping and taxes. Was $38 for me to order, free shipping and no tax.

Yeah, Amazon is getting worse and worse about Hawaii and Alaska

They frequently won’t ship random items to either state at all

The other day I couldn’t find any smoke detectors that I wanted that they would ship here

Sometimes it is the simplest most innocent items and they won’t ship here

And when I looked at the gas can again today they weren’t charging tax, but yesterday they were

Apparently there is an Amazon warehouse on O’ahu so they are allowed to collect sales tax

Just too confusing

Still, too much for a gas can
