I do have friend who used to be a Husky dealer... He was indicating something about a 596, maybe this fall? That would be curious to see... If you could provide 395 oiling and torque, with 390 chain speed and throttle response, in a 390 sized package, that would be a 661 killer...
Isn't the 395 kinda already a 661 killer?

Not really Brian. At least I hope not my friend. We are trying to build a very member friendly site here.

Ben is welcome here, and his knowledge is appreciated. What he cannot do is insult other members here without some sort of recourse. We really do not have a lot of rules here. You can post links to any other sites, spell out their names without being censored, even post links to other aftermarket parts suppliers even though this site is owned by one of those AM companies. We ask that as members here that you please refrain from talking about religion or politics, and that you treat you fellow members respectfully.

Not like ArboristSite in many ways......

Just to be clear. That was not a shot at AS. There are a bunch of members on that site that I really like, and have loads of respect for. I was just hoping to note a few differences in how the sites are ran.

Brand loyalty varies by area. Very few pros use Stihl's in this area, but other areas are the opposite. I don't think yiur argument holds water.
I agree. Heck me and memeber john Laslab r the only ones in our area that run pro huskies. Everybody else runs Stihl. Most have never heard of Dolmar

550, 562, 576, 441mtronic, and 661 were all released before the bugs were worked out, hence the *s-wordstorm we hear about on here every day. Let them get them right so they can get problems fixed before they're released.

Ben gets banned for a f-off ,but this is ok ?
Brian,

I can assure you that Dave was making a joke.

As for Ben(bwalker), go read through his "contributions" to this thread, and you'll see that his 30 day timeout wasn't solely based on his "F off, prick" post.
