Homelite zip baffle ?View attachment 40821View attachment 40822muffler mod I did on a 359 xp. I trimmed the tabs off of the deflector and put 5 tack welds to hold it on. There's 2 7/16 holes I drilled under the deflector.
Good possibility. I had a bunch of NOS homelite parts. I put a couple deflectors in a box 2 years ago or so and this was the last one I had.Homelite zip baffle ?
It was on the deflector. But it's just a thin piece of metal with 1/8 inch holes in it.What are you using for screen ?
First attempt at a muffler mod. It's my ms241. I'm happy the way it turned out, it was a little beast before now it's a monster.

Looks good
I will bet if its a stock saw it will know run richer.
362?
Not bad for a stock saw and a muff mod. Even has a safety chain on it still. Ps, hope the vid works I've never posted one before.

That's a awesome looking muffler mod. Makes me want to buy a 661 just so I can have a muffler mod like that.
Do you run that after the baffle was cut out with the stock exit port only? any gains in just the baffle gone
