bought a bunch of parts from a timber cutter the other day.one 046/460 has a 660 top end.is it even possible?

Not sure how thick the base is but you would need almost .080 off the base to get back to factory squish with a gasket, unless the 066 or another piston has a taller crown height.

didnt think so.took off the cylinder to make sure he wasnt bsing.sure nuff 1122 cylinder 1128 rod number.no machine work.i think a little methamphetamine is involved though.:risas3:

Correct me if I'm wrong;
The extra 4mm of stroke would differentiate the big bore 460 from the stock 660, and the only way to get more stroke is with a bigger crank, so don't we end up back at a 660 case?

1122 cylinder could be an 064 cylinder, did ya measure da boah?
