HELP! MDG can I use without being stihl authorized store?

Good morning, I'm thinking of buying a MDG Diagnosis from stihl. My doubt: Will I be able to use it without being authorized stihl?

At the moment, yes, the MDG1 can be used by people who are not dealers. When you launch the software it lets you skip entering dealer details.
