If they don't have the "black" lines in the "rings" u might be able to sell them. Nice job btw on the technique to get them down safely.

Thanks, I try to learn and get safer as I get older and slower. These are just for firewood for me. I've got way more dead Ash than I can use so plenty will go to waste unfortunately.

I've enjoyed several of your videos; thanks for advocating safe cutting techniques!

It was a decent morning to clear some sweet gums covered with wisteria.
Ive been trying to get some run time on the MS460 I built. It runs very well and pulls the 32" just fine, but man it likes to fight me on cold starts!

The Smokey Mtns were indeed rather "smokey" when I was there. That haze was present every morning.
This picture is somewhat interesting. A lot happened with that stump.

I don’t know squat about eucalyptus, but could you put a taller gap in your face? I’m guessing you hinge tears too early. Your face cut looks close to the heart, might get more stringy fibers closer to the sapwood. Not sure if having a knot in your hinge helps either.

Can’t say it looks bad though, just brittle.
