Thanks to @Woodslasher pointing me in the right direction, I found another "dusty old part" kicking around on someone's shelf. It's in just a little better shape then the old one.

Man, I've been slacking haha. It's all together now. It's complete and I've made a handful of test cuts with it. I'm in the middle of two other saw builds right now so, the 3120 has to ride the pine for a bit. I'll get back into it though. Next things coming are the muffler mod is started, the and I have all the parts to add a high jet to the carb. Might have to squeeze in a little work on it now that you brought it back to my attention. I actually have a milling job coming up soon so I need to get on it. By the way, Congrats on the newly acquired child!
