Hey Cantdog,I messaged you back on March 4th about the woodruff key for the 49sp & never got an answer back.I hope all is well.

I tried filing a 1/2x1/8 woodruff key to fit as per Mark's instructions, but I'm running into an issue with the height of the key when it's in the slot.I'm afraid that if I file the height down too much it'll shear off.I'd appreciate it if you could send that key Kevin. Thanks!

Yep sorry about that. I have a pair of NOS keys for you sitting right here on my desk next to your address.....a new flywheel side key and the clutch spyder key.
Im a recent lung transplant recipient so don't seem to get stuff done as quick as I think I can. Back and forth to Boston a lot and a lot a rehab.......get pretty worn out by the end of the day but progressing in the right direction. I have your stuff and some items for Mark as well sitting here. I will get them out to both you guys the first of the week come hell or high water!!!:motorino:

And here I thought you just plum forgot, sorry.I know what you're going through,I had an angiogram done on my heart last week & the doc found 2 minor blockages in the arteries, but not enough to warrant putting in stents (yet). He did find that one of the valves is calcified & needs to be replaced.I'm still waiting on getting an app't.for pre-op testing. It seems that they're really backed up here in the Buffalo area.Best of luck to you sir! You're not alone.

Put the 2065 on a Sugi diet. Save a whopping 10 Oz's!
Looks sexy. This is still my hardest worked saw. Runs an 8 pin sprocket yet ya could damn near stand on it without bogging it. I do have a jred sticker for the clutch cover just never seems to get there.

At a neighbor's shop I stumbled across an 81 or 801 I've seen before but thought was long gone, complete with a full wrap and H & S spike if I saw right. I didn't dig it out from behind the pile it was behind to read the sticker, though, since it isn't mine. Next time I see him I'm gonna nag the owner about cutting it loose.

The custom rear AV may just double the value of that saw Dan.

Last week a fellow walked in to my shop looking for some black iron carriage bolts for a spring board restoration project. As we got to visiting a bit I realized he was the Jonsereds dealer when I bought my first ever new saw, Jonsereds 621 in the fall of 1981...

I was able to locate some old carriage bolts and square nuts for him, in return he gave me this saw to do with as I wish.

The switches do not appear to be broken.
