Two saws with the same numbers can run very different.
Welcome to my world. lol

So really each saw needs to be built as its own entity? Numbers just get you close?Welcome to my world. lol
2/3rds of saw building is 1/2 luck.So really each saw needs to be built as its own entity? Numbers just get you close?

I've been pondering this for awhile. The 7900 is notorious for having a small case for a 79cc saw. It likes 30ish° of blowdown. Is there any merit to the thought that: given the small case, not much fuel/air mix can get in there. Therefore the lower the transfers are (physically), the less distance the fuel/air mixture has to flow to get from the case to on top of the piston? Basically, the longer the transfers are, the more charge is left in them and not making it to the cylinder wall. My theory may be blown all to hell though when you factor in another revolution or 2 or....1,000,000
That's how it goes for me too...[emoji19]That's my problem, I usually don't have time to follow it through from start to finish
And you can build one fast too.Once I start on one I don't stop till it's done. I don't like starting and stopping
That's where it stayed here too... But after tomorrow it should be different!I pushed it in the corner wif muh foot
Nope didn't happen. There's no video posted to prove it.Deets came down today so no saws got ported but I did finally get to run a 090!
