I refer to the oilers as econominally friendly
It keeps the saws cleaner. If there’s not enough oil on the chain, it can’t cling onto the case, or coat the chips enough to make them sticky. Sure, it burns up some bars, but you need to replace them when the paint wears off anyway.

I could do everything I needed to do with my ported 562 and 20” bar honestly. Have no need for a 90cc but they are fun lol.

Well, I had need for one today when I dropped a large Hickory. Not saying going in from both sides with a 20" bar would not get it done, but you would not want to work the other side of that tree (under the broken part).

Sometimes it is just better and safer to use the right tools for the job.

Just gut the center out and work both sides..
