Maybe Publisher's Clearing House will show up at my door, and I will buy them on an impulse . . .

I hope you bring us good news @Wilhelm, I mean if Stihl and Husqvarna are continueing
to make gas chainsaws, then a company like Dolmar has no obvious need to stop making
their contributions, its either financialy unviable, or a real environmental clampdown is coming.
Why didn't Makita just sell off the Dolmar brand and the manufacturing facility? They could have made millions and some new owner could have also continued to make millions selling Dolmar petro powered equipment?

Wall, them Germans ain’t too big into mosquito foggin’ 2-strokes and all, or any sensible energy policy that would keep them from needing to buy Russian oil.

Yea, they forced the farmers in denmark to feed their cows some factory made meal, so they wouldn't burp,
they aint burping now, dying instead, progress at any cost right across the board.

I sold my smaller Makita to a fellow who loves it. He learned I had one through the grapevine because I never listed it. It's only flaw was a slight bar oil leak that I never fixed because I was not using the saw professionally. It started and ran great with good power. I was actually sorry to see it go, and he said it's the best saw he's ever owned. It pulled an 18" bar/chain with ease.
