Just a friendly reminder, I’m backed up with about 20 saws to do. I do one saw at a time and I still enjoy that. It takes me a long time per saw, my OCD won’t allow anything else.

No longer taking port work.

I’m flattered by the requests, but please don’t ask. I’ll probably be ok by summer of 2019, but I will post that in my Sig when I’m ready.

Again, I’m humbled by the requests and I have a hard time saying No. Please no requests.

Edwad’s jug had a casting pit in the band. Won’t affect performance. This is a first for me on an oem jug.

Theres some final intake work I have to do after I mount jug to final saw and get position at BDC. Every case a bit different.

This jug wasn’t honed with stone, just some scotchbrite.

Notice the factory cross hatch on the intake wall through the ex port.

You can grind a port and think man that looks nice. Then take a picture of it and think, boy that looks like *s-word. Lol

Limiters trimmed. Some house work to do, then a special muff mod.

This is a stainless @Red97 deflector.

Gonna tig on with 309 stainless filler and use some gun blue. Will keep muff 2 tone.

My goal was to get the Big Bore kit to run as well as the Hybrid I did with the HLS 460 jug, which comes with better ports. However, I like the D combustion chambers in the BB jugs better, so I did the port work to the BB cylinder.
