Hey I screwed up big time and was wondering if you could help.
One of the nuts inside the air filter of an 076 backed out and dropped into the cylinder (while running) and locked the motor up. I have the saw tore down but can not get the head off. Any suggestions other tricks to help out?
Please help I am sick to my stomach.
Any ideas @Deets066 , @Mastermind @MasterMech @Keith Gandy
Please tag anyone who may be able to help

The nut has wedged and made a bur in the intake or lower transfers probably. Same thing retired the 394 I've been working on. Look for a gouge in the bottom of the intake skirt on the piston

The
Corey sounds like it galled the piston , cylinder, or rings . Probably gonna have to twist the cylinder around alil both ways while pulling up
The studs are through the head preventing much side to side but I will try and see if that frees it.

Have you tried a brass drift through the plug hole and a light tap?
Have you pulled everything from the intake and exhaust side and looked for obstacles?
I am looking for a brass bar now. And everything is off piston ring is right in between the exhaust and intake.
