I wonder if the newer “capture” type screws would work on those old mag covers.Shouldn’t need to but a dab of blue sure won’t hurt.

I suck at taking photos. I actually lost two of the three, I looked again while I was finishing up the tree. I am going to get the metal detector out next!Post a pic of the 2 you have left.
Are the washers loose, captured, flat or lock?I suck at taking photos. I actually lost two of the three, I looked again while I was finishing up the tree. I am going to get the metal detector out next!
Does it have any of the older flat screws? Those Husqvarna fastener sets the Duke sells are great to have around, and a killer deal, got the 300 piece one ,
Good to know, I can measure the one I have and get something that fits. It's just a generic M5 screw but I don't know how long.. I've use hex head ones with a washer pulled from other husky carcass

Unless you care if the saw is 100% OE, any M5x16-20mm will work. Hex head, flat, Philips, torx, doesnt matter.Good to know, I can measure the one I have and get something that fits.
I appreciate that, I will let you know!I found a bunch of the screws in that last Pic. Captured washer, m5x16. I can mail you 2 if you can't find something.
Looks like a 61 or maybe 268, hopefully you could get it for cheap. My experiences lately with auctions hasn’t been good people get into bidding wars last day and pay more than it’s worth plus all the fees ect on top of the sale price. I’ve almost quit watching themanybody able to tell what model this is? its up for auction at the local auction house, so far its only bid up to $39, auction ends thursday night.
Just from the pics, I would guess maybe 272 family. At that price I would bid, maybe up to $100, not sure what's going on on the inside.anybody able to tell what model this is? its up for auction at the local auction house, so far its only bid up to $39, auction ends thursday night.
