128ld is the older version. Attachments for the 129lk and the 525lk won't work on it. Attachments for the 128ld come in a Poulan box. They are cheaper than the Husqvarna brand attachments.

The 128ldx has the grass bevel gear -Bevel gear designed with high torque and the cutting equipment parallel to the ground for best cutting performance
