I think so, was something like 5-10% can’t remember exactly how much. In bigger wood the difference is more noticeable. I do notice a difference with the larger weave spark screen vs the stock one in a modded muffler so the screen is definitely a restriction in itself too. I’d actually leave it out completely if I wasn’t cutting on state property. Stock looking as possible for me is better.

Yea my muffler isn’t stock looking but is rather sexy and effective

I do wanna learn how to slick stump/stump jump a nice tree at some point just so I can say I know how to if I need to. Lot to learn on that I am sure.

Nope, its just years of cutting timber and working with a few of the best old timers in my area. I broke in under old school timber cutters that would whip ya with a choker for patting yourself on the back or getting cocky. Very humble and skilled men that took initiative to see to it I wasnt maimed or mashed on they're watch all the while ensuring high production numbers could be maintained. My screen name may say logger but I'm a full time timber faller
