Looks real good from where I’m sitting. What I find is if you clean out the gullet real good first, the db is a little smoother to guide where you want it.

Ha I tried to but all my round files are too dull to cut! I need to get some new files.

I've not read all this yet.
Is there factory square chain made in .325 x .058?
If yes, what is it's model number?

I do not think so. You would have to square it yourself.

I don't know the answer to your question, but any full chisel tooth can be easily converted to square, and will even cut quite well before it is fully converted (you can start with just a few strokes to convert the corners and it will cut very well).
