It’s frozen here but supposed to be in the mid 40’s by Thursday & almost 50 Saturday... So any frost won’t last long, it will be wonderful trying to get into the neighbors grain bins.

Car battery question:

Iffin the amp meter on the trickle charger pegs out, the battery has a shorted cell. Right?

And, I made sure all the lights were turned off.

Battery is ‘sweating’ a bit of fluid.

It could be a bad cell shorted but I just trickled a battery on a car I bought that's been sitting for over a year and that's what it done but charged it a couple days on trickle and good to go. It was just deeply discharged.
