Next time I take a steer in I will have to ask them to keep me a prime rib. Now I need to dig in the freezer to figure what to fix this upcoming weekend when I am not on the boat fishing.

I’d do that, but I’d have to give up half my ribeyes..

Non-traditional Christmas. Friends of ours have a restaurant here in Smithville.
Since it was closed Christmas day we had a friends only meal there.

No drama, great food and drinks. A very Fun day.

I need to get back to row'n, lest myself and the other galley slaves get verbal abuse from Carl.

I really like headlamps, I wear one at home almost all the time. My oldest son got me this one. I call it my Borg implant.
This thing is so bright a guy could go spot lighting with it. It rechargeable too.

Yes, high beam is way more than necessary.

Finally got em to go yesterday.

The 2 piles were about 60' long and 9' tall. They didn't want to get going. After a couple attempts and fails, I finally got em rocking on the up wind side, then the hedge trees and 2 tires did the rest. Just had to keep rolling the pile onto the flames.
